David Montero, known as @Ricepaella, is one of the global ambassadors of paella. His passion for Valencian gastronomy takes him around the world to showcase the iconic dish of Paella Valenciana. He is also known as the innovator of rice dishes and is the author of the successful book "Paella Lovers". In the heart of Valencia, on Cestas Street, next to Mercè Square, he has his rice take-away and pick-up shop. His home delivery and pick-up service in Valencia has received great reviews from both the local public and tourists.
After his journey through various European and American countries, where he has shared the culture of rice and his knowledge of paella and other Valencian rice dishes, he won the First Prize of the Valencian Community in the 58th edition of the paella competition in Sueca. Innovation is his flagship.
