Failure to do so constitutes a violation of the terms, which may result in the dissolution of the contract with Ricepaella.

The prices applicable to each product are those indicated on the website on the date of the order. Prices are expressed in euros (€) and include the applicable VAT (Value Added Tax) in Spain.

However, in accordance with the provisions of Law 37/1992, of December 28, on Value Added Tax, the operation may be exempt from or not subject to this tax depending on the buyer’s country of residence and their status (business/professional or private individual).

Therefore, in some cases, the final order price may be altered compared to the one displayed on the website.

An invoice is generated upon shipment, accessible and downloadable from the user account, and also sent in PDF format in the shipping confirmation email.

Validity of Prices and Offers

The products offered on the website, as well as their prices, will be available for purchase while they are displayed and can be viewed through the website.

Users are advised to access updated versions of the website to avoid errors in prices. In any case, orders in progress will maintain their conditions for 7 days from the moment of their formalization.
